20 Myths About 3 Wheel Travel System: Busted

A Three-Wheel Travel System Is Slimmer and Narrower Than Other Strollers

A three-wheel travel system is lighter and narrower than other strollers, making it simple to maneuver around tight spaces. These systems are often perfect for urban dwellers.

This luxurious travel system can grow with your family. The stroller can be converted to a toddler stroller and the car seat can be snapped into a base that you keep in your car.

Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that is multi-purpose. It can be converted from a single stroller to a double stroller by adding a second seat (sold separately) or glider board. It can also be set up to create a triple-travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It comes with 24 options in all and is the most highly rated stroller. This model is constructed with Baby Jogger's soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It features an elegant leatherette handlebar and bumper bar, and comes with a belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is lighter, too.

It features a medium-sized shade and an e-snap-aboo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping handlebar is one of the simplest to adjust and works for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and have a footwell adjustment button to allow you to place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is roomy, but we wish it had a latch that is more secure. The bin is easy to open, but the zippers can be annoying because they need to be removed and then refastened after every use.

Like its counterparts like its siblings, the City Select has single-action brakes which are easy to set and release using the pulling of a lever located on the side of the frame lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and is a significant improvement over the clunky brake levers other competitors use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that can accept two infant car seats which makes it a great option for twins or for parents with one kiddo and a baby due. It can be used to fit most infant car seats made by major brands with an adapter. We tested it on Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good option for families who already have a car seat and want a stroller that can accommodate it, but you may be better off with another convertible stroller that can fit an additional car seat for infants in this instance.
